"In a place where positive atmosphere is one that barely exists. In this place where women are broken, battered, shamed...unable to identify their own emotion and power. Amazements arise in the voice of healing --- the anger dies, the jealousy and envy become desire and dreams. The Voice Project empowers us to pick up the pieces, share the story, shed the tears and know no matter how big or small...it matters, we matter and all have a special unique power to be a voice of healing." (Amanda L. Caudle, Voice Project participant)
